I was running straight pipes from gordon scott on my bike. but because of noise concerns i installed a set of 4" baffles. my problem is with the straight pipes the bike really pulled hard. now that i have baffles the bike dosent pull nearly like it used to??
not sure why?? was wondering if someone could try to read my plugs maybe give me some direction
the pics are not the greatest all i have is a phone.

You'd think with a more restrictive exhaust you would now be on the rich side..

Are you sure it just doesn't feel like it pulls less because it's quieter now? Your ears may be playing tricks on you. Does it bog, backfire, hesitate, or take awhile for the RPMs to settle after reving it up?

Plug readings are taken after running under controlled conditions; you can't get much information out of a plug that's been used in everyday running around in a random range of throttle positions and loads. Go to www.strappe.com and print off Gordon Jennings' article on the subject.

Your bike won't be pulling as hard as previously; baffle inserts are much more restrictive than mufflers, real performance killers.

I've got gordon scott's curved drag pipes. Sounds badass, I just wear earplugs for long distances.
