Here is a link to my winter project. It turned out pretty well. Many thanks to the people who provided content that got me this far. It was my first bike project and it runs and shifts pretty well. The motor seems to have a lot of power. The starter is still reluctant in spite of pinching the starter drive springs per the posts on this subject. The price is dropped to $1600 which is the cost of parts only.
The labor for paint and polished cases and all of the other repairs is now free. Disappointed, but that appears to be what the market is dictating here locally.
Bike sold last night for $1625 on E-bay - a satisfactory result.
Yeah, some where in that range. its been about a month since he posted it but yeah he is not really dead set on selling it. its more of a price range that would get him thinking. im not sure what kinda offers hes turned down..
