Let's See The XS's

My new to me 1970 XS1. I bought it from a young man on craigslist and got it for a really good price.

It runs and rides great and its definitely a keeper.

I had one like it in high school and sold it back then for $850 and had kicked myself ever since...never thought I'd find another one!

the 1979 xs650 carbon fiber cafe kit

it needs a few things finished up. maybe an exhaust system.

the first thing i am doing besides tuning the bike up is getting rid of that eye soar the side covers. if anyone has any ideas or pics of side covers let me see them.

i may make some one off carbon fiber side pieces maybe go another rout just not sure yet on what to do

My 1971 XS650. A sweet ride she be :thumbsup:

She won Best Custom and Best in Show on 5th Oct 2013 at The Homegrown Custom Show here in Kent UK.
Done me proud.

Stock 1977. I got it last month. Did some minor work to it and a lot of cleaning. Ran it about 600 miles so far. I plan to paint it over the Winter. Upgrade to pma and pamco, top end refresh as it has 39608 miles. I got the history and all the PO's took great care of it. Also going to get new bearings, seals, and bushing where needed. Maybe new handle bars and control's too. I would like to keep it mostly stock.

Our first build. My wife and I started with a stock 79 Special ten months ago. We did everything ourselves except the frame powder coating. Pretty pleased with the end result.
