Seat hinge location on standard frame?

Also, for point of reference, can you tell me how far forward from the frame cross bar the front hinge is? Likewise, how far behind the frame crossbar is the rear hinge?

In other words, I'm in need of 3 mesurements:

1) disntance between seat hinges on STANDARD frame
2) distance between back of FRONT hinge and front of frame corss bar
3) distance between front of REAR hinge and back of frame cross bar

Note: Im calling the 'frame cross bar' the piece of the frame that runs perpendicular to the bike under the seat, that is behind the battery. This 'cross bar' connects one side of the frame to the other at the top.
