The pedal return spring would be #34.
If you want/need a pic of the arrangement on the special(assuming it's a special from the shock placement) post up.

Guten abend, XS60. Wilkommen!

Use Weekendrider's diagram #34. His matches your later frame.

I have (2) xs1b. Attached here is:
1 - Part diagram for older 70-73 brake, spring is #36
2 - Picture of inside, to the left is the brake arm, to the right is the protruding frame post with notch.
Spring goes to hole in brake arm to that notch on the post
Looks like you removed your spring post...
3 - Picture from bottom of xs1b, spring hooked to that post.

how could it be realize the pedal return spring, without the bolt of the frame part?

have anyone some pics for example?

Unless you cut off the return spring attachment point it should be on the frame. With out the spring the weight of the pedal will cause the brake to drag.
If the attachment point on the frame is gone, you need to put one on. With a spring on the brake pivot shaft, pull the other end so it pulls the pivot shaft holds the brake pedal up. When you find the best position weld a piece on.

On the later models, the spring post was on the loop that mounted the passenger pegs and hung the muffler - Yes, the part you cut off, lol.

were is the spring for the rear brake...?

are there any pic who shows how does it works?

In 5twins pic it shows the pivot shaft with the spring attached to it and to the pin on the frame. This pic is from underneath from the left side of the bike.
The parts of the frame the pin is on is on the part of the frame you cut off. The parts that the rear footpeg hooks to and supports the stock muffler.
You need to weld on an attachment point for the spring.

I have the back wheel off one so grabbed another shot.
Maybe it helps.
