Should the plates move out along with the basket when clutch lever are pulled.

That looks pretty normal. The plates are probably sticking from oil cling. As you see, the pressure plate doesn't move out much, only a couple MM. Divide that between a dozen or so steel and fiber plates and you don't get much space between each one. But it works. With the engine spinning, the plates will slip against each other and the clutch will disengage.
Thanks 5twins..., had to take it all apart today to attach and Mount the 27mm nut right, it went Loose as I dont have the Lock basket, im stuck with the nut alone with the spacer.. and after assembling it Again I just noticed that the plates were coming out along the pressure plate.
Seen other videos posted here and the steel and fiber plates doesnt move, only the pressure plate move in these videos.
Just had it coming to take it all apart Again.. might aswell.. cause one of the nuts for the case wouldnt take the 7 lbs torque so have to make a new thread, happily I got the timeserts.
