Love her to bits!!

You got that right! Luckily I have a little fan heater, keeps the nip out of the shed! Otherwise it would be tough!!:D

Well I understand that.
That's why I never asked.
I tell my children and their children to stay away from posting personal things on the web once its out there ts our for ever

hey airwolfie she looks just like you ! Its amazing how you can see the likeness in offspring so young . :)
I think babies pick up on parents energy . She's quiet and happy because you are so caring laid back and relaxed I'm sure of it.

Hey Airwolfie, that's awesome looking, cool and she is so cute too.

Thanks Richard!!

Yeah I agree! She looks just like I did at that age!! It is frightening! Somedays I can see the other half in her though, all depends on the angle! She has her mommy's eyes and nose and forehead!

Little ones do pick up vibes off parents. If I'm stressed, she's not happy, and if I'm happy she is elated!!! :D

Im currently in the process of rebuilding my engine so I'm reading through your build. I havent read the whole way through but it looks like the pin you have in your picture (under the shift star) isnt installed the same way as mine is. Mine has a groove cut in it that goes around the plate with the two bolt holes in it.

Just wanted to point this out. If you already fixed it, great. If you didn't than you might want to take a look. Your picture is from post #165
By the way, So funny how you were way over budget before and you've come this much further!!:laugh:

thats very observant Kathos :thumbsup::D

you're right ....its essential the the lock tab locks the fork selector shaft in place or the shaft will float and all the oil way holes on the shaft that lubricate the selector fork bushes will not line up and it might get difficult to shift gears eventually

Thanks Kathos, it was pointed out by another member on this forum quite a while back, and it's all the right way now! If you check my engine build, I think it's on the first page!

Thanks for the concern!!

So I was allowed out in the shed today! Wasn't too keen as it was fecking cold, and rain came in the afternoon as well.

Added a switch to cut off power to all the Aux and lights until the engine is ticking over.
