Can't take any credit for this yet. Just picked it up Thursday from Frankenbob. Got the PMA installed and put the original bars back on today. (I am a new rider so the apes will have to wait, haha.) Can't wait to get her running!

Been a while since I've had a bike, got this 82 XS650 last week, have a few plans for her as time goes on but first I'm troubleshooting the charging system... Seems to be a hot topic on here so hopefully I can figure something out as it's my first time working on a bike.

Built this a few years ago.. hand built rear shocks 21" front wheel ..a few HALCO bits as well...the exhausts were a bugger to make ... got the important 3/4 of a TX650 and am about to attempt to make something to make us go Ooooo.....has anyone got the details of the plumbing from the oil pump to a remote spin on oil filter ??? Please
