Sure looks like a good one. Correct XS1B parts.
Gussets at the lower left cylinder stud indicate that it would be an early-half 1971.

Whoever gets it should check the oil pump.
If a 6mm pump, easily updated to an 8mm pump...
 
Kinda wondered about the housing, also all the idiot lights in the speed'o and it looks to be smaller in circumference......looks to be a Yamaha............thought it might be early DT 250/360 but, no......could it be one of the smaller DT's

Missing front chain guard mount for chain guard on guard and swingarm. Rear mount closer to shock than a 72.
Be interesting to see the frame numbers.
 
Yeah, something not right about the swingarm and chainguard.
Too much gap between the front of the chainguard and the engine.
Early swingarms have a U-shaped receiver for the shock bottom mount.
This one has a post...
