What have you done to your XS today?

I have fitted new billet aluminium LED indicators ... and added some classic race or old school sponsor stickers on the tank and rear bullet 20190313_145214.jpg 20190313_145204.jpg 20190313_145151.jpg

New Shoes for the Mothership!
Big Blue is ready for slabbing it to the
Rally(s).
First one scheduled end of April - Ozark Rally. Need to replace the swing arm bushings on the 76 before then. Maybe see if I have enough gear bits to get the starter back in service.

Canadian Tire had this on sale at $24.99 so I bought two! Even came with cup hooks and chains to install.
One for my basement area and one for the garage.
Just six weeks to the Ozark Rally!

had a look on my purchase history but it was over 5 years ago but there is loads out there
Hey I just got done reading up on your rebuild thread from 17. How’s your bike running? It must be awesome to have a freshly rebuilt engine.

Today was the first day that was much above freezing. So I thought that since I didn't put the charger on any of the bike batteries this winter I better do so.
Got the charger and went out to the bikes and decided to see how much charge they had. The Harley took a minute of cranking but started up.
Went over to the 75 with the 750 kit. It cranked slow but started right up, This surprised we, Usually cold it is a bit tough to start, I often have to use the kick and E-start together the first time around. Put the charger on it just to be sure.
The 83 started right up too.
This made me feel good. The ground between the bikes and drive was pretty soft so I didn't try to go for a ride. Getting the bike stuck in the yard sucks. Did that once with the Harley. The rear end sunk right to the frame.
If the weather tomorrow is like today I just might get one out.
