Alright Jim - just how did you get these bolt heads to look like that?

I assume you used a belt sander to remove the embossed marks and then a polisher to buff them up....?

I use medium then fine Roloc discs to knock the embossed numbers off .....

Then finish with a quick turn on the buffing wheel .....

Installed the splitter block on the triple and loosely fitted all 3 lines. Looks like they'll line up pretty good. Pulled the front wheel and installed drilled discs...

..... and we're done.
Wow... what a difference. Front brake is now a 1 or 2 finger affair.... I can actually lock the front tire.
For a total investment well under a hundred bucks, I couldn't be happier.
