Machine, seems like I'm looking at the rectifier. What's it using for a heat sink, the frame? (Can't get my head around it right now. I'm working on a chick pen for 25 baby chicks I got coming.)

Amazon has 3 phase rectifiers with heat sinks. Quite a few to chose from.

Well not real visible in that pic. I stacked a short stack of both large diameter and small diameter washers behind it to act as cooling fins. Four copper washers of varying size are visible in front. Also I think the battery box will aid in cooling too.

That's really cool and good thinking! Not much space needed either. I'm kinda leaning toward a bigger heat sink. Texas heat this summer has got me spooked! You know the rating of that little puppy off hand?

Okay, I likely have covid-19 but since our state is inept they don’t have enough tests for everyone, so since I’m not high risk and I can still breathe, they won’t test me. No work for at least 7 days, and at least 3 days without fever after that. Good thing I didn't jump on that stupid special. I feel like an effin idiot.

I have dug up the very first thing I ever turned a wrench on and decided to take some of the parts off of it. A QT-50. I robbed the horn so far. The system is a 6V so I think the horn is gonna fry eventually.

I had a thought about robbing the handlebars off of it too. It might look interesting

I wonder the same thing. I wonder whos hiding them. It's proving extremely hard to find side covers for this bike and I was lucky to find the tank.
