Damp and rainy today, and last night, and yesterday. It's foggy and dripping. Bikes are tucked in tight. Fish are walking, frogs are wearing Mae West's and the Tomatoes have pulled themselves up out of the garden and swam to higher ground! Tomorrows forecast, Muddy!

+17ºC in Saskatoon yesterday and today. Back yard's snow has melted to reveal grass, last autumn's leaves and a winter's worth of dog shit.
Front (north-facing) yard's snow mostly gone except for a ridge by the front path. Cleared a huge pile of junk from the garage, stashed most of it
by the kerb with a "free stuff" sign. It's all gone now. Today I'll put the XS650 rig's battery on charge and try for a start tomorrow.

To answer the question at the top of this thread would mean I would have to go out and check as it's been about a half hour since I really looked.

Two days ago I was out mowing the driest parts of the lawn for the second time in a little over a week. This morning we had about three inches of fresh snow on the ground. Took dog for short potty walk before supper and there was not enough snow to be seen to make even one decent snowball on over 8 acres of open lawn.

Weather report while eating supper said we are 20ºF below the normal for today which is 60ºF. So that means it was 40º if my math is holding up so very good chance of a freeze over night!

A Day of Firsts
13 above freezing and overcast. Had been sunny when I set the Brat out to warm its cockles on the west side to see if it would start. But the first lawn cut took precidence as the first bloomin' dandelion was mocking me.
A bumble bee weaved past me, but may just be on the cool edge of its flight ability.
Did not get a first start on the Brat though.

Sunrise walk today, 64 degrees on its way to 102 today. Even in the early morning light, the sun has an intensity to it that lets you know the heat is coming.

Kinda quarantined away in the Green outdoors today. Very remote and beautiful in the Columbia Gorge. Very nice spring like weather. Everything is growing like crazy!

74 degrees this time of year in South Florida is unheard of. So I'm soaking it up outside with some scotch on the rocks as it probably wont happen again for a while.
