What is buring up my valves?

really what ya'll think?
is it my timing skills :doh:
it is a lower end 81, jugs and head are matching 78, 2nd over size pistons,
truly homemade pipes, hot pamco, k&m pods, stock gears, about a year an a half ago,
had it to 100 or so 1- 2 -20 times. put it up for sale go to warm it up for buyer haha
not happin. pulled the motor apart :mad:

Have you done any jetting...BS34's are shitty lean from the factory...Timing is also a little advanced from factory on TCI bikes to help with emissions.
 
Hmmm, going by the first pic, it looks like your valve is landing on the outer edge of the head, not the middle of the sealing area. Not good. Possibly the clearence set too tight also. How many miles on these valves?

got about 2500 on it
 
The pictures do suck but it looks like it's running rich. Are the valve seats in the head all black with carbon too? What size jets are you running?

no real black but some, plugs always looked ok, carbs are stock 78-79- stock jets, clip in the middle of main,
 
It's time for a valve job. Intake contact is on the outer edge and the exhausts are too wide. It takes up the whole landing! How much do the valves wiggle in the guides? It's time to get things back in standard.

yeah that one wiggles a lil to much for me
no cheap quick fix for this one,should have redid the valves when i had it open couple summers ago,when i had a good job, would like to just replace the bad valves and guides new seals for all.
