well this is finally resolved. i shipped back on the 3rd he recieved ont the 8th. called on the 10th to inquire about refund, was told his secretary was on vacation and when she got back it would be taken care of. started calling on the 14th no answer and no call backs to messages thru the 17th...
alright just got off the phone with him. he said he would make a new inner fender and ship it out no problem.
now the tank he says the bottom is a fiberglas mat with just the carbon for looks where the top is all carbon fiber. what do you guys think?

Unfortunately I paid with my debit card. We shall see what happens when he calls me back. Hopefully he makes good, I went with him because of the good things I had read about them. O and the tank is no lighter than my glass one because of all the resin.
