    Neutral light wiring

    there is oil coming out of my neutral switch (71’) Do I need to replace the switch, can I remove and cap it or is there a gasket which I should be replacing? Any help would be appreciated Thanks in advance

    What jetting for Open exhaust and Stacks?

    Hi there I have a 71’ Xs650 motor with 81’ carbs running with 137.5 main and 42.5 pilots. Bike is running open exhaust maybe 5’ in length. See pic Should I increase the pilot jets? If so, What size Should I change the needles? If so, What size Are the Main jets good at 137.5?

    I have seen .003 and .006 exhaust, I have seen what you mentioned. Is a 71 considered xs1 or 2?

    hi all What is the recommended valve clearance for 1971 Xs650? I have seen conflicting info in previous threads. I would like to optimal clearance to reduce nose and keep well lubricated. Your expertise would be appreciated
