In my experience if it was a tooth off you wouldn't be able to get that thing over 60. I have ridden a 650 that was a tooth off and it was a hard start and when running had to be going downhill and pulled by a truck to get it above 55mph. So I am leaning on other things. Maybe shitty valve...
