There are no fork tubes. It's made of thick walled pipe. In the pick, of poor quality, u can see the construction. It's a fairly common front end for a sidecar setup. It prevends diving when the front brakes are being used, instead it rises. I believe it's called an Earles Fork

Thanks TwoMany, it took me some time to read and understand it. My English is ok, but not my native language. I'll be taking of the exhausts and covers and check the valves on the intake and outlet side. We'll see what I'll find.

checked, rechecked and triplechecked it (with Gunson timing light). The Pamco works fine, there is a steady consistent spark. I have brand new Iridium plug, new caps and wires. this really puzzles me...
