Thanks everyone who replied. I've been offline for a couple weeks but did have the opportunity to keep working on my bike. Cleaning the carbs did the trick and I also got some in line fuel filters. Put a KN air filter on and am about to order a shorter exhaust (so I only need to rejet once)...
