The XS was my starter bike in 1990. A $300 basketcase that sat outside it's whole life. Rebuilt carbs, turned rotors, new alternator, plum crazy purple paint, chrome and k&n's later and I was incredibly proud of my affordable little motorcycle that rode regularly through the back roads of.Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and even made it to North Carolina and.back once.
