I think I have read every carb post on this site more than once. but I still have not got these tuned. I have a 76 xs 650 with a pamco ignition and a pma from HHB I am running straight header pipes and my carbs are 1978 BS38's is a 160 main jet seem too big? The bike idles good but acts like it...

Hey guys I need some custom cables for my xs because of my new bars, but not quite sure about some of the options on the diameter of the cables what is good size to use for a front brake cable and a throttle cable. I know all my lenghts and fittings that I need. Just unsure about the thickness...

I painted it using a stencil that I made and taped off like so...it was a real PITA! but worth it.
