That is a 16" rear wheel, I am looking for a 19" to make a street tracker.

Gents, I purchased a used 79 XS1100 cast front wheel, will I be able to use it as a rear wheel on a 79 XS650? If this is not possible, what can I use as a cast rear wheel to make a street tracker?
