hey bobber what dad you do to clean your engine up like that?? or is it painted or powder coated?? ive tried several diff things to try to clean my cases but nothin really works

i do beleive that if you are using the stock stator u have to have a battery cause its not a permanent magnet so you need power to make power. im running a ninja 250 chargine system with a permanent magnet. in theory i dont need a batt but as i found out the other day i do cause the stator cant...

so after two days of bullshit it turns out it was the battery.. wtf?? lol my charging system was workin fine my batt was just naot takin or holding a charge.. its weird but i put a new batt in it and its been runnin fine.. cant beleive that a bad batt had me stumped. i feel like an idiot...

ok guys so im ready to burn this f***er down!!!!! so i just replaced my pamco ignitoin cause my other one crapped out. ran the bike for about 20 min ran like a top. then it just crapped out. wouldnt idle adjusted the timing nothin did a thing. so let it sit for a day went out this mornin started...

the intake tracks do not have to be the same length becaus the cylinders fire oposite each other. i have absolutly no probelms out of mine. the only problem i did have was the accelerator pump was bad and i had a hell of a flat spot. but let me tell you at WOT itr makes that motor scream. the...

make your own its the cheapest way to go and you can pretty much put the carb anywhere you want it. i made mine out of some stainless pipe i had layin around and an old harley carb. works awsome and starts on the first kick everytime cause of the accelerator pump.

put a single harley carb on it. mine starts firts kick hot or clod. it can sit for a week and still first kick. and you dont have any carbs to sink or have to worry about runnin one lean and burni a hole in a piston..
