I already have the twin green monsters. One of my issues is, I’ve changed the gas tank to a triumph that sits lower. Had to install new mounting points.
Diagram? I don’t need no stinkin diagram. Ha, I’m still not sure where I’m running anything. So far I’m winging It. I’ve watched one revival cycles video on it. I get the basics. Just trying to figure it out. Doing the little bits I can until I’m ready to get the wiring loom all together...
I was thinking where the battery usually is. I have the two green monster coils. They just seem so big when trying to find a place for them to go. At least I know it’s possible.
I’m customizing my xs and I need to move the coils for the gas tank clearance. I’m changing it obviously. I know I’ll have to make custom wires and mounts, but… I’m wondering if anyone had pics of where you’ve moved yours. Show me what ya got. Or what you’ve seen.
It’s a lego set on two wheels. Considering I’ve seen them dirt tracked, choppers, cafe, tracker, trikes, side car, street biked, etc. They’re what ever you can make of them. Me, I’m doing an cafacker. Kinda tracker kinda cafe.
I’m wiring in an m-unit and have a question about wire gauge.
I have some small led lights. Not all of the gauges are the same. I have a wiring kit from Revival to make a harness.
My question is, should I run all the same size all the way back to the m-unit or will going from the lights...
Backfires are often tied into too lean a gas mix. New carbs don’t mean they’re tuned to your bike. Check your carbs first. Even when they say they are set they’re not always. Turn down the gas on the carbs as much as you can then start slowly bringing it up to find the sweet spot.
I’m having a clearance issue with my speedo cable. The aftermarket one not the o.e.m. My cable does not turn tight enough for me to get the headlight up high enough. I’ve seen cars with cable 90’s that turn them. I don’t know if the cable gauge/size between cars and bikes are the same. Or if...
I’m going to do a remote mount master cylinder like the BMW does. I’ve customized a bunch of the bike already. Running a Triumph gas tank and changed the handle bars. Along with a load of other items.
Thank you Hughes Handbuilt for the rephrase.
