Hey guys I need some help, I tried to start my XS650 today but it wouldn’t. I pulled out my multimeter and my BRAND NEW battery was at 1.5v ... I then pulled the battery from the bike and it’s been recharging? It’s at 6V and increasing right now. If anyone could shed some light on how this is...
