Plugs do not make a difference when removing them (atleast someone hears the clunk sound) but ya any ideas on that, an I had a boot on the right foot but I have started it in my socks befor the rebuild
It's a sound u gotta be here to hear I suppose ,so I guess no ridding this yr I'll wait till winter to tear it all back apart .thanks for everyone who is trying to help tho I appreciate it alot 😪
I think I just have a gorgeous paper weight sadly ,the only way u can hear the sound goof is if u were here an I have 2 xs650 here an my bike never made this sound befor

Never took the kick starter out , just took off the side case to replace the gasket that is all, it only pops out a few cunt hairs when lever is going down ,other then that it has no play in an out while it siting in its up right position
