Now that I'm thinking about it, you might slide the plug into the backbone then drive it into the hardtail. It has been about 3 years since I installed mine.- jcscj78

I dont have the instructions any longer. Basically you cut a notch where you cut the frame. Screw the bolt in the metal slug and insert it into the ardcore hardtail. then drive the slug into the backbone to create a plug weld. Be sure to leave your motor in, it is used as the jig to keep...- jcscj78
