This was easier than I thought.
The only problem I ran into was on the tach the words (high beam and neutral) were in different places.
So I cut a half moon, instead of a full circle for those lights.
They turned out looking like new. Just need to get LED bulbs and paint everything and put it...
Started messing with the front part of the bike.
For the gauges I might machine out a clear acrylic piece for the new faces to stick to. Instead of sticking them on the old ones, that way the they illuminate better. We'll see
I went with a 120-90-18 on the rear. Fits fine. Once I get a new front tire ill see how it moves along and change the rear sproket if I want lower rpm at crusing speeds.
Turn signals are on,they are also the fender mounts.
Also got rid of the round reflectors next to the licence plate.
Everything is wrapped and soldered and heat shrinked. New rear tire also installed.
Going to do a big burnout to get all the mold release off the new tire. I'll take a video of...
