When glueing magnets onto the pickup Do you guys know if they have to be the same size or can they be slightly larger thanks!! Having a hard time finding a replacement tci pickup so going to try this

I upped the pilot from a 42.5 to a 45 the slide test was fine and my plugs look right on the money I’ll check the float valves tonight never thought of that....thanks for all the replies

Yeah all that’s fine it runs w kickstart ...just the electric start won’t fire it. it seems like it’s not getting enough power when cranking but the coil seems to be good......battery drops to 10.8 when cranking think I’ve heard that’s still in spec for cranking ...pulling my hair out on this one

I’m having the same issues starts an runs fine but sputters in the mid range played with the carbs lots starting to think it’s ignition any tips on where to head??

I’ve got the same thing going on bike starts fine when kicked.... but when useing electric start the starter turns over good an strong but won’t fire battery’s at 12.7 any tips on where to start cheers!
