Ok, so my battery died today, at least i'm pretty sure it did. It happened at night and I have not tested anything to verify(ran ok with headlight off, but wanted to stall with headlight on and all the lights were very dim). But anyway... Do you need to to run a battery with the standard...

Thanks on all the replies, should be able to take the carbs out soon. I guy I know took a look at the plugs and said they looked pretty good, maybe a little lean. Which surprised me? He thinks it is likely an air leak. So i'm checking that first and going from there.

Yes the k&n install in the stock air boxes, and yes I have read the carb guide. It just that it seems to me that the carbs are close. This is the first time I have rejetted carbs, so I wanted to get some opinions on it to see if i'm heading in the right direction. It's really not backfiring bad...

The mains? I really didn't think it would be them. Here's a better pic of one of the plugs, they both look the same. don't mind the sink, bathroom has best lighting in a pinch. :-)

Quick question as the title says, how is the neutral switch wired? I just did a simplified wiring of the bike but do not know how to get the neutral light back working? is the light blue wire switched to ground or a switched power wire? didn't seem to work either way for me?

sure does! (thought it would be louder, but glad it isn't) now if it weren't 30 degrees outside and snowing i'd be in business... but I am well on my way to have it finished up by the end of the month!:thumbsup: lights and tires is all I have left. again thanks for the help!
