i did not know what diode to use..
will pick them up today...they say they have them in stock at my radio shack..
thanks again
thanks, this is what i thought I would have to do...but what kind of diodes?
i am gifted with a wrench and some wiring but diodes? all i know is the bands tell you size
and they work like a gate letting power go only one way...
is there a certain size i need?
i am a newb....lol
my bike is not stock, i got rid of wiring harness and made my own.
i just decided to put two turn signals on the back for safety.
they are little and use incan lights.
the flasher is a reg 2 post automotive flasher
the switch is a simple switch on handlebar...not stock..
how do you post pictures?
hope this loads a crappy paint idea..
they are reg incan lights with reg auto flasher..
i did think there must be a diode way of doing this..
if i go to radio shack would they know what diodes i would use?

i am putting signals on my bobber, my problem is this..
1.positive wire to "flasher" then other flasher wire to signal switch
2. then positive right from switch to right turn light
3. then left positive from switch to left turn light.
everything works like this
that is simple...
