My forks have a split bush onthe bottom of the stantion which is not shown on the parts list but look on CMS website and type in this reference 1H32312500 think these are the ones but best measure yours first then ask them look on my post just under yours have pic of my internals that no one can...

been surching web think this is the part no for them 1H3-23125-00

So what do you suggest I do as mine are badly worn, no hassle getting replacements and once I worked out how to get them out took about 2mins a leg to remove them?

they are 35mm forks and the bike is a xs650SE registered in england

Can any one confirm these internals are for xs650 forks that are on my bike

[/IMG] Ok have removed bushes quite easily. Used a rotary drill with small cutting disc and carefully cut thro bush then eased it out. slightly damaged the seat but that will fine as its not a oil seal

Can any onetell me how to remove the bush that is fitted below the oilseal in the bottom leg

Have found out from technician at electrixworld I can join both reds together into one wire and both greens together into one wire so have one pos and one neg wire to battery

I have a honda R/R that I wish to wire to bike I am building. The bike has a PMA and the R/R has 3 yellow 2red and 2green wires. I know the yellows connect to the PMA but what do I do with the reds and greens. I am wiring bike with a battery and just having basic lights. Thanks:shrug:
