    Had an orange one as my first bike, that's the street version with low front fender, 18" wheel and 8" DLS front brake, mine was the trail version with high fender, 20" wheel and 7" front brake I see someone replaced the lopsided shoebox muffler with something more appropriate

    I guess HD wants so much to do a V-Rod because you must do the following, Place the front wheel in a chock to hold the bike upright Remove the faux tank/airbox cover Remove the airbox from the throttle bodies Remove the breather lines from the cam covers Place a floor jack beneath the engine...

    Stripped exhaust mount/footpeg mount stud

    Cut the shaft off flush with the raised base, drill and tap it, there may be enough metal thickness there to get sufficient thread engagement. Other wise have another turned up by a local shop, cut the whole thing off and weld a new one on.

    Well bugger me...

    One of the guys I work with got the company to spring for a Creality CR30 which has been problematic from the start. All the base adhesion issues mentioned and possible fixes, cleaning, scuffing etc. And then there's variations in filament types.
