I purchased my 1977 XSD650, brand new in Petawawa, Ontario, at the age of 22. I am presently restoring the bike back to it's original condition, I have had the frame and all black parts blasted and powder coated, the engine rebuilt, swingarm bushings replaced with brass bushings; new guide and bolt; steering tree loose bearings have been replaced with sealed bearings. We are on the process of reassembling the bike and I hope to be riding it this summer.
