If I’m paying for drafting I’ll be sending the cover to use as the template. Not the gasket. It was a surprise to me that the kick start needed the clutch engaged too. There’s no way to manually lock it up either.

Yeah I hadn’t forgotten about them. I can get stainless plate or aluminium plate in 2, 3, 4 & 5mm sizes. Was going to check if I can drop down to 4mm plate for the spacer with the two gaskets.

Thanks Garry, So basically the centre hub specs like diameter and width are the same from the early XS-2 models right through till they stopped making standards. Only the brake shoe plates and wear liners changed?
