No, the xs wheels have 36 spokes or 48 spokes. can't recall the number of brake bolts.

I kinda like it myself. At least from what can be told from pics, it's a well-done project.... shifter aside. If someone can pay $5k for an xs650 chop, why not this? And I agree with Gary about the buyer knowing what he is getting... and if not, well; caveat emptor. Don't be stupid on eBay.

JB Weld works great if you are painting or powdercoating. You can grind/sand it off and it will be just fine, there is plenty of material left, it's been done a gajillion times.

Hey Tech, hopefully we'll get a chance to meet up after I get the bike done in the spring.
