Yeah that kit is for the stock rotor which has more offset than the FZR rotor. I am using an FZR600 rotor as well and I believe my spacer ended up being right around 10mm thick. I can go double check though.
Yep, the FZR600 rotor has a 10mm offset. This is the one I bought but I waited quite a while and they dropped the price down to $45!

The tubes are pretty much identical BUT the trees (specifically the steering stems) are different. The SR stem is much shorter. I know because I tried to swap some 80 XS650 trees onto my SR frame and they would not fit. I ended up using some SR trees with the XS tubes.
There are a number of companies that make brake lines. MikesXS sells them too. N-R Performance is another.

Just stumbled upon this thread, great looking bike! I have a couple of questions for you though. I am looking to swap my forks and have been looking at the conventional R6 forks as well. Did you need to modify the stem at all? Or use any spacers? Or did you just use the 48x30x10 stem...
