Thanks Fox23, good to hear that I'm at least on the right track with this build. Hopefully in the next few weeks it will warm up here and I can get back out to the garage and make some more progress.

That fender looks sweet, nice work!

Small update; The previous owner was relocating the seat and cut out the section of the frame that the springs mount to. The position that I felt was good, both from a practical and estetic point of view, was close to the original position. Luckily I was able to find a piece of pipe that is...
