Thanks chaps, looks like I have a steep learning curve. I am prepared to give it a go. I also have a electronic ignition system that I have to figure out. I suppose in theory if I can't find the corresponding connectors I could always just scrap them for new ones male and female.
Hi all
I am trying to identify the white connectors on a replacement wire loom from Mikes XS. can you help?
see below.

I find this type of music helps me focus and remain calm. Both of which are required to do this type of work. Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance.
I hope the above link works. I thought I would share the progress I have made this summer. I am waiting patiently for parts from Mike's XS. Man they take ages to get to the UK. Ordered on the 28th July. Not too long now I hope. Let me know what you think.
I need to buy a chain for my xs1b. I have 17 front and 33 back. What do I need? Also does it matter whether its X ring or O ring? Not sure what to buy, there doesn't appear to be a chain available that states it fits my bike. at least not here in the UK.
Thanks
Thanks Paul, I dont recall seeing either version when stripping the engine. I will have a double check just in case. looking the photos in the first link you posted, I notice there is a washer behind the circlip. I will have a look for that.
