When I had issues with my front wheel, I had just had the rims trued prior to having the tire installed. I wasn's sure if it was the rim or tire. I put a zip tie on my forks and cut it to length where it rested against the rim, then gave it a spin. Give that a try.

I had no noticeable bulge either, but noticed the tire bead wasn't even, which caused a wobble. Inspect both sides of the tire closely and make sure the bead is even all the way around. Good luck.

I participated in last years ride and am signed up for this year. Really enjoyed the ride and the group of riders that went, plus it's for a great cause.

Worked over on the Central Coast of Calif. 2 weeks ago. Morning marine layer, cleared up around 11am, never got over 70...bliss.
Last week in my hometown it didn't get over 95. This week will be 101 thru Sunday...I'm over it:mad:

Read every night before bed... 90% WWII books, non-fiction, mainly on the 82nd Airborne, and 505 Parachute Inf. Regmt, which my wife's grandfather was a part of. Some older Stephen King stuff, a bit of modern military.
