I've already tried all the bolts I'd think it would be and nothing I have fits, including 1/4-20. It's definitely a metric and not looking for guesses...

These were in a warehouse storage since 1976. The chrome is perfect, fork cap area on the inside could use a quick wire brush but other than that, they’re ready to bolt on a go...
Thanks for that info. The only thing I have is that the 34mm tubes all have the label “yam 650 up to 71” on them and the 34.5mm tubes just say “yam 650” so I’m still just a little confused.
