The vacuum petcock has 3 positions. On, which relies on vacuum, Reserve which relies on vacuum and Prime which is gravity feed.
When you put on the rotor for the pamco watch the spacing between it and the green wire.
The plate has to be locked down. The pin is to orientate the plate to the cam not to hold it. If the nut loosens the pin eats the plate.
