Never had a bike until 2011, never had a vintage until 2014. I'm a designer (architecture) and soon fell in love with the idea of modding and tweaking bikes. I try and do as much myself. Got a stock and not so good XS2 and have been slowly tweaking it for 3 years or so now. Kind of a cafe, but I am going for the WWII look. My last learning lesson was to learn how to paint, including airbrushing (the Pinup in the picture is my doing). I am by no means an expert and love to learn from the pros. I am a complete rookie on anything engine related. Cleaning carbs and (trying) to synch is as far as I have gone...but further I must go , with lots of help and advice (I hope).
