Is there a what fits what type of thread? I was thinking it would be nice to see a sticky that listed parts that people have used from other bikes on their bikes with little or no trouble. What fits what...does that wheel fit my bike??? will those brakes with that bike??? I have looked around, and haven't found one central location for imformation like this...Am I missing it???

hmusket: people see stickies in forums and read them generally. It's all in the title of the thread really.
I am still a newbie to the XS650. I have a very slow build going on, but to start a thread on it would be boring. Well at least until things really get rolling. I am having to do to much research on what parts fit, what mods are necessary for reliability, and I hope you get the idea here.
Now if I had more info in one central location, things would be moving so much faster. So far, I have had to figure out what wheels, brakes, forks, fluids, etc work with my particular bike. I guarantee I am not the only one with these questions! Now if I found a place to find at least a majority of the info I was looking for my build would be soooooo much further along!
So as I have been saying: is there anything anyone that has used a particular part for there bike that wasn't stock yet worked just fine that would like to contribute??? You can pm me or post it here. I would just like to help get the info out there for all us!
