New to the forum just purchased and '83 XS650 Heritage Special in running condition for $300.00. After finding this forum and seeing all the extremely informative post I just had to post and say hello and thank you all for the information which has already helped me with a brake issue and a rough idle issue. This forum is more than fantastic and I look forward to coming to all of you for advise on the build that I am about to begin. :D

Not to judge a book by its cover.
But the dude in back looks to have enough experience to get all 3 of you young pups in trouble.:wink2:
 
That would be my father in law and he can definitely get me in trouble! He is the one that found the bike for me and is one kick ass man.
