I have 2 cops that live at the end of my lane, so I have to be careful but I still ride it

I would just like too say that many a cold beer was drank and gallons of bourbon went in to this artistic display of imagination coupled with God given talent, now that it is completed.........NEXT!!!! LOL .....I can't stop dude only lack of money slows me down...if I was rich I would have a garage to rival Jay Leno's only difference is I would have built them all.......puzzles is all they realy are... you just have to figure out how the peices fit together.... :wtf: :D

Shreveport1, I dig your last comment, "puzzles is all they realy are... you just have to figure out how the peices fit together.... ", and it's definitely the truth when it comes to building anything.

Problem with not running insurance is that YOU can be sued for EVERYTHING you have..... INSTEAD of the insurance company. I'd rather pay their minimum premiums compared to a $50,000 judgment against me....

That's kinda how I went at it. I kept thinking about the directions on how to make a canoe from a log.... "take what ever isn't a canoe and get rid of it". So take whatever isn't a bobber and get rid of it. If it was something required put it back on so it is a bobber.

Cheers
Ride safe

Start riding it, finish out the inevitable sorting process (most of the way), and as I am putting along I start thinking Hmmm, I wonder how those SV650 front and back ends in the back of the shed would look on a modern cafe XS650?????? And there I go again. Actually I always have several more projects started before ever finishing one, I hate that about myself but not enough to change I guess.

After three years of building, fixing, fabricating, studying, modifying and spending I simply wish I had powdercoated the frame. Next time I'll go the extra mile. Pictures coming soon...

they dont get it

- not so sure about that...the ultimate purpose is having a ride...on the other hand projects are never really finished-theres always something to improve :D:thumbsup::bike:

I gotta agree with Twins Are Hot, like the Po-lice are on your ass.
Insurance, we dont need no stinkin' insurance. Kinda hard to sue you when your dead. Or when they're dead.
Insurance here is pretty cheap, got $150,000 for $50 a year. I don't figure I can do much more damage than that, but you never know, do ya?

I just ride it instead of making a project out of it.........suprising how many more miles you can go that way.........but I was lucky to come across a clean one.........:D

I'd ride inwhen I can and spend the rest of my time looking for the next project bike. Like the old saying goes (not exactly) "I spent most of my money and time on building bikes the rest I just wasted"
