Students taught how to grow marijuana in Detroit's new cannabis college... not the first though...there has been a college in Oakland, CA dedicated to the cannabis growing industry for many years

- BC and the Yukon are somewhat more liberal than Ontario though - i know plenty of people who have moved from Toronto to Vancouver ...i see i dont even have to be there to be considered an addict :lol:

I saw a documentary where the locals refer to Oakland as "New Oaksterdam" because of the lax pot laws. I think it should be legalized, and they should tax the shit out of it like tobacco and liquor. I don't think it's any worse for you than liquor.

That would bring in billions in tax revenue... Just the kick start we need in the U.S… Besides, what are tobacco companies going to do when cigarettes aren't popular anymore because they highly taxed and getting banned everywhere? simple, grow marijuana…
