THANKS TO ALL

I just want to say thank you to every one on this forum for all the help. I was tring to get some help from a HODAKA forum on a road toad fuel tank filler neck size. and they
tried to make me feel bad decause I asked a questen that I thought some one may know
off the top of there head and after 3 days with no reply's I asked if any one knew. well after that I got a few replys tring to help with smartass replys and acted like I was
asking some one to go out in a snow storm and get it. and then they told me to go do it myself. well if I had the tank with me at the time I would have!!! They only want to help Hpdaka people. sorry for venting on you but again THANKS TO ALL FOR ALL THE HELP.

hmm no matter how dumb yur questions are ive never seen anyone get a smartass reply here.and to me really, there are no dumb questions. a dumb question is one unasked! i wud go out in a snowstorm and measure a hodaka tank for yu if i had one.but thats the kinda guys yu find here!

Generally, I find XS650 riders (of all ages) to be appreciative of vintage gear, familiar with scouring for parts, willing to share resources, and blessed with mutual respect for others with shared interests/stories, etc.

Which should apply to Hodaka enthusiasts - for all the same reasons. Proves even cool clubs have their D-bags.

Well, quality help is something there is NO shortage of here! These guys on here have dried a river of my tears over the past several years, and I have a nicely running, and not at all unattractive, TX to show for it! So you know where to come!

I have had the same treatment as you on another Forum that I have been on with older motorcycles. There is one guy there that is a big help to everyone but others just basically tell you to go F yourself. I know the search bars are on the sites for a reason but honestly, sometimes you put in what you want to search and you would be looking for hours thru the ones that come up to get an answer when you dont' really have the time for it. I guess I try to find the answer first but if I have a hard time or am in a hurry, I ask the question. To me, helping people is how others learn and then they can pass that help on. Plus, I like helping others if I can, makes me feel good when others appreciate it. I have learned a lot already from reading, doing research, and getting others answers on here. I appreciate all the help and answers I have received already if I haven't said so. Thanks.
