G&L Choppers ?????

I don't know the answer to that but there is way too many "fly by nights" in the 650 business.

I still have not gotten either, my bike or $4,000 back from G&L.
It's been roughly 3 1/2 YEARS now.
At least 6 other guys have contacted me by email that have also been ripped off by Richard Ford of G&L Choppers. He claims to have since closed his shop and has been working from home but his website is still up & he still refuses to answer my calls.
A few people are apparently filing a lawsuit against him. We'll see.

OK I am going to give you guys some personal info because I had to close up and I got sued three times but over the past 2 plus years I paid back all of a $24,000 that I needed to pay back to make it right but $3,000.00 left to go and I don't owe anyone. I closed because of a thread on here and had some health problem but that didn't make it right I had peoples money so I am down to $3000.00 and I will be clear.
OK now you know my story now here's the bad news when I went to court I was told by Aids, Lawyers-judges that even that I said guilty they said I didn't have to pay back a dime it was MY CHOICE. Sounds weird right but here's the kicker. In NJ and most states there is a cap for small claims court and if you fall into that you could plea guilty and walk away. I am not that guy I LOVE bikes had personal problems that DO NOT effect the people that I was building for. MY PROBLEM. I have a good friend like some of you guys that wanted a goose neck and I didn't do them so he too lost $3500.00 and his bike. Now not taking sides and yes there were a couple shops that went belly up or cut back it happens but you need to look into the laws of that state before you throw money away. Here in NJ it $5000.00 anything that falls under that is small claims and as dumb as it may sound I only had to show up plea guilty and say yes you get your deposit back and if I was a prick I could have went away and hid. I didn't and I surrounded myself with good help until I got a big check and the first thing I did was send everyone a $1000.00 towards there deposit. If this guy owns a house you can put a lean on it if he is was a broke as me?????? So watch what you write or say because its info for court. Get together private. I used info on here for my cases and it helped me so he can use it against you too. Claim you bikes stolen so they cannot be resold if they are not done already. PLEASE THINK and don't tar and feather the guy just get the right info on your next step.
Bottom line and maybe I crossed the line but I read about this and have a friend in the boat with you guys SMALL CLAIMS COURTS SUCK!!!! and BOY did I learn the legal system.
