My on the cheap bobber build thread.

Just got back from ride with the 4" springs and it is a lot better ride along with the new seat.The springs are bigger around than I thought they would be, but it's not a biggie.I'll post up some pics in a little while.
 
Hey Carbon! Yeah, I was actually sliding off it,that ain't good man!:laugh: And it also got the ride a little smoother.
Yep, my ass is happier now.

I'm off for one more ride, then back in the garage she goes. Hope to get some riding in before snow falls.
I was looking at those air bag setups Carbon. We'll see what Santa brings!:D
 
I sent the tensioner off to TC Bros, they should get it on Monday. I was told that the one I had was a new design...:doh: New design or not, it don't fit my bike.
I'll see what they can do for me.

The guy I talked to told me they get them from Monster Craftsman, in fact the packaging had a Monster Craftsman sticker in it.:laugh:
Well I'm down with the flu I believe.:doh: Sucks because it was good riding weather today.
Maybe I'll get to feeling better tomorrow.:bike:
I hope Carbon got some riding in for me down in sunny Florida!:D

I did go riding yesterday.
Me and buddy road out toward lake Okeechobee a couple hours of riding.
It's a bit chilly out there this morning 66

Hey John carbon and Paul john the bike still looks great I pickup a nother bike not an xs but still yamaha 07 fz6 and the price couldn't pass it up and only 1500 mile in it
